The SSC Constable GD 2025 exam consists of a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) followed by a Physical Standard Test (PST), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and a Medical Examination. Below is a detailed syllabus for the Computer-Based Examination (CBE).

Scheme of Examination

Computer-Based Examination: The Computer-Based Examination will consist of one Objective Type Paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 marks each with the following composition and a Duration of 60 minutes.

  • Total Marks: 160
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • Mode of Examination: The CBE will be conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages (Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu)
