1. Section Officer (02 posts – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
     • Experience:
       • 3 years of experience as an Assistant in Level 6 or 8 years as UDC in Level 4 in Central/State Govt./University/PSU or equivalent reputed private company with an annual turnover of at least ₹200 Crores.
     • Other Skills: Proficiency in computer operations, noting, and drafting.
2. Private Secretary (02 posts – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
     • Experience:
       • 3 years as a Personal Assistant or 5 years as a Stenographer in a University/Research establishment/Central or State Govt./PSU.
     • Skills:
       • English stenography speed of 120 wpm or Hindi stenography speed of 100 wpm.
       • Typing speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
       • Computer proficiency is required.
3. Assistant (03 posts – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
     • Experience:
       • 3 years of experience as UDC in Level 4 in Central/State Government/PSU or equivalent reputed private company with an annual turnover of at least ₹200 Crores.
     • Other Skills: Proficiency in typing, computer operations, noting, and drafting.
4. Junior Engineer (Electrical) (01 post – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical or relevant field.
     • Experience:
       • 1 year of relevant experience.
     • OR
     • Diploma in Engineering/Technology in Electrical or relevant field with 3 years of experience in relevant organizations like CPWD, State PWD, or reputed private companies with a turnover of ₹200 Crores.
5. Hindi Translator (01 post – PwBD)
   • Qualification:
     • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject OR
     • Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject OR
     • Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a mandatory subject OR
     • Master’s Degree with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject.
     • Additional Requirements:
       • Recognized Diploma/Certificate in translation or 2 years of translation experience.
6. Senior Technical Assistant (01 post – PwBD)
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology OR
     • Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology/MCA.
     • Experience:
       • 2 years of relevant experience in Universities, Research Institutes, or reputed private organizations with an annual turnover of at least ₹200 Crores.

Group C Posts:

7. Technical Assistant (01 post – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application with 55% marks.
     • Experience:
       • 3 years of experience in network administration, database management, or software development.
8. Security Inspector (01 post – UR, Ex-servicemen)
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
     • Experience:
       • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in security for government offices or reputed private organizations with a turnover of ₹200 Crores OR
       • Service in the Army or any uniformed service with at least 10th class qualification.
     • Additional Requirement:
       • Valid driving license (LMV/Motorcycle).
9. Upper Division Clerk (01 post – UR)
   • Qualification:
     • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
     • Experience:
       • 2 years of experience as LDC or in an equivalent position in Central/State Govt./University/PSU or private companies with a turnover of ₹200 Crores.
     • Other Skills: Typing speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi, and proficiency in computer operations.
10. Laboratory Assistant (03 posts – UR, OBC)
    • Science Stream:
      • B.Sc. with 55% marks in the relevant discipline.
      • Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.

Selection Process

The selection process for CUJ Non-Teaching positions consists of three stages:

1. Paper I – Objective Type Test:
   • The objective test will cover General Awareness, Reasoning & General Intelligence, Mathematical Ability, Computer Knowledge, and Hindi or English Language.
   • This paper will be qualifying in nature.
2. Paper II – Descriptive Type Test (wherever applicable):
   • A descriptive examination will be conducted for candidates who qualify in Paper I.

3. Skill Test (wherever applicable):
